Ashland Balloonfest

 

 

Dear Merchant:

 

Thank you so much for your interest in our merchant tent at the Ashland Balloonfest.  We are very excited to have you be apart of this fun, family event. 

 

We are trying new and different ideas to get more attractions for families to come out to the balloonfest field and enjoy.  We are partnering with Southview Baptist Church to host some of the adult tournament whiffleball games on Saturday July 4^th, which will drive more people to the field throughout the day.  We are also working on other attractions through out the day to bring a larger crowd.

 

Please fill out the enclosed contract and return it along with the $75 fee by June 26^th, to reserve your spot in our Merchant’s tent.

 

Once I receive your contract and fee I will send you a schedule of events, directions, and a  parking pass.
